My name is CLAUDIA ELISA SAQUICELA NOVILLO, I. D. card number: 010453052-2, I live in Cuenca Ecuador; I am a psychologist, an attorney and a master in education. I am the author of the book called: ENHANCING THE COGNITIVE AND EMOTIONAL CAPABILITIES IN CHILDHOOD. This book has been possible thanks to the Casa de la Cultura Benjamín Carrión and to the Research Department of the University of Cuenca Ecuador.
Beginning with the thesis that educational change must start at early education from 0 to 5 years old.
